The fastest boat of her class in the world with a 24 hour record run of 403 miles in 24 hours. As Philippe Kahn's Pegasus she has won consecutively two double-handed Transpacs and two Pacific Cup Races. In the 2008 edition of the 2008 Pacific Cup Pegasus was the first overall yacht to finish beating TP52,s and Santa Cruz 70s, won the event on corrected time and set a new San-Francisco to Hawaii double-handed record. The following year, Philippe Kahn and Mark Christensen beat the existing double-handed Transpacific Record by more than two days.

Originally launched as Artforms in 2003,  under those colours she was the class winner of the 2004 Transat singlehanded race and overall winnder of the Bermuda 1-2, both in record times that still stand.

After purchase from her original owner Pegasus was refitted and repainted at Goetz Marine in 2007 prior to the Transpac Race. During the winter 2007/2008 the yacht was modified in conjunction with her designers and fitted with a 3 metre bowsprit, new keel and a taller PBO rigged Hall Spars mast.

Professionally maintained by the Pegasus team to the highest possible specification over the years this ocean racing classic has never been in better condition. For sale as a package with spars, race and delivery sails. Whoever purchases this beautiful yacht will have found themselves a bargain.
