| Recently arrived from China to Southampton were a pair of Timeless Yachts motor launches.
The traditionally styled gentleman’s motor launches with their UK manufactured Beta Marine engines should fit the bill for the more sedate side to waterborne activities. Owen Clarke design shed the shackles of open class box rules to concentrate on something a little different. Designed for RCD design Cat C and being able to take eight passengers these pushy little craft will travel comfortably at seven and a half knots.
A range of fit out levels and specification means that whether you want an open work boat ‘utility’ or the ‘deluxe’ version with teak decks all round, there should be a model to suit every pocket.
The cuddy cabin provides an internal wheel helm station and a small galley to port whilst a single sofa seat means that two to three people can shelter from the elements when the weather gets tough and brew up. The forward bow locker can accommodate those extra items of safety and personal equipment that need to be stored securely on those rare occasions when the boat is not in use. Integral to the cabin and cockpit sole are insulated sealed lockers which allow for the stowage of cool drinks or for the more sport orientated the cockpit sole lockers can be used as live bait wells for fishing.
The launches are being marketed in the UK by Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth and Timeless Yachts UK. For further information contact: sales@timeless.co.uk or nyb.plymouth@btconnect.com
