The structure panels are going in quickly. Marten's have built a new 'pizza' oven, which has enabled them to produce bulkheads and other flat structural panels separately once their lay-up is completed.
The deck geometry is nearing completion. Unlike the hull, the deck is being built in a female mould. This should ensure that the outer geometry is as close as possible to the designed shape and reduce the amount of filler and fairing required. All resulting in a lighter structure. |
