The Timeless 19’ Gentleman’s Motor Launch |
A slightly more radical departure for the design team at Owen Clarke Design, is this zippy little launch. At 19’ (5.8m) she is also our smallest design to date.
Harking back to those halcyon days of leisurely pottering along the coastline and estuaries there is something for everyone in this new motor launch. Of the three variants available we are featuring the deluxe version. With closed cuddy cabin accommodation that includes a secondary internal wheel steering position, separate bench seating for two, a single burner hob and small washbasin and insulated sole level cool boxes. There is external seating for eight if required and an engine box lid which can double as an outdoor picnic table. In addition there are further insulated sole level cool boxes for keeping beer or wine cool and for the fishermen these would be useful for storing live bait.
The Timeless 19’ Motor launch is also available as a basic open workboat and as an intermediate launch with open cuddy. The modular construction of this heavy lay-up FRP mini motor yacht allows for a wide variety of options for fit-out. The standard Beta marine 20hp diesel engine will push her along at 7.5 knots.
Built at Timeless Yachts in China, the first production version will be delivered to the UK in 2007.
