Volvo announce Open 70 class |

The presentation which culminated in a sixteen minute video included images of what an open 70 type Volvo yacht may look like. The 3D design and video presentation of the yacht was completed by Owen Clarke Design and nothing could give a stronger signal that this office is searching for a client and design partners with whom to work towards a yacht for the next Volvo race.
Until the announcement of the class rules, Owen Clarke will be carrying out the background work that will enable them to hit the floor running and able to contribute input into a new design when the class rules are announced in September.
