Class 40 Verdier Tyker 3 For Sale A Vendre

#121 has had 2 x owners from new. Built and owned by a US based sailor this yacht has the finest pedigree. Under previous ownership #121 only sailed one Trans-Atlantic delivery and an East Coast US race. OC Performance Brokerage sold the boat to her current Sydney based owner. Unfortunately the boat is now reluctantly for sale again, extremely low mileage and in very good condition indeed. From the outset of build and design this boat had probably the finest input from some of the biggest talents in offshore racing. Roland Jourdain ‘Bilou’ was the commissioning owners’ rep’ during the yard construction phase and as a result numerous fundamental decisions to evolve and improve this boat were implemented. This included and not limited to: Ballast system improvement and optimisation, refined weight distribution, deck layout optimisation, refined rig design. Electrical installation were carried out by Pixel sur Mer and Bilous’ own team.
Under the current owner the boat was shipped from the USA and completely overhauled and refitted including, new wardrobe of North Sails, all the running rigging and  fibre stays replaced, much of the electronics either upgraded or replaced. New safety gear. Vinyl wrap added over the bare white hull and decks for hull graphics.
An immaculate “Turn-Key” yacht, ready to race! The present owner left nothing to chance in preparation for the 2018 Melbourne to Osaka two-handed yacht race and as such, Nexba presents like new and has the latest and best equipment for ocean racing, single/double handed or fully crewed!
