IMOCA Open 60 Rosalba For Sale

Rosalba, ex, Gaetana, Rusalka, Artemis 1, Pindar and originally built as Hexagon is now for sale. Rosalba is a canting keel water ballasted IMOCA Open 60 and is one of the lightest of any generation ever built, even with the increased weight of modifications bringing her in line with the current IMOCA rule. Rosalba has been continually and professionally maintained and updated throughout her life by her owners/skippers including Mike Sanderson who brought her to 2nd place in the 2004 Transat and Brian Thompson who finished the 2006 Route du Rhum in 6th. She's still a very fast Open 60 and will be competing in the 2019 Fastnet race followed later in the year by the Transat Jacques Vabre. Having been used largely as a private yacht by her previous two owners between 2009 and 2017, her current owner acquired Rosalba to compete in various IMOCA events, Rosalba would also be ideally suited to longer offshore RORC races, Round Britain and Ireland and RORC Transatlantic Race.
