Designed by Botin and built by Cookson boats in 2009, for an experienced client who wanted the best for every facet of her build. Georgia’s design was based on the TP52 of Emirates Team New Zealand with a lightning-fast hull shape, paired with a new deck and interior design. The objective was TP performance with fewer crew and a more comfortable interior. Campaigned in NZ and Australia since new she has been one of the very top performers on the 52ft circuit.
With only one owner from new ‘Georgia’ has been kept in perfect condition, with many upgrades and optimisations including a keel fin redesign, modified rudder, continuous sail plan developments and deck hardware updates. She has an enviable inventory including a new rig (2021), and many new sails. Georgia is a truly special yacht, with high level performance in her DNA and can offer her new owner TP52 performance with a touch more class.
