Returned from a winter season in the Caribbean and recently overhauled this now very smart again Akilaria RC3 is ready to go back out on to the racecourse. Privately owned and professionally maintained and prepared this Class 40 will make an ideal entry level boat for the 2021/22 race season and well suited in terms of timing for the 2022 Route du Rhum or the 2023 Race Around. A great allrounder with few vices and a great inventory, viewing or a trial sailing will not disappoint.

Previously raced by such notable sailors as Damien Seguin, Isabelle Joschke, Alain Gautier, Pierre Brasseur and Yoann Richomme this is a vinyl wrapped white hull boat built by specialist Class 40 builder HACO. Featuring a hull, deck and structure in epoxy foam sandwich and incorporating the high-performance option of a steel keel fin (spar) and optimised lead keelbulb. Featuring a racing ballast system of 2x750L in 4 compartments, piping and optimised transfer system, twin kick-up rudders, complete NKE electronics with 2 separate integrated pilot systems make this boat a real weapon of its generation.
