Owen Clarke are working with the Swiss owners on the concept design for this 17m marine hybrid electric drive blue water cruising design. The yacht has a lifting keel and twin rudders to achieve a shallow minimum draft. The couple’s dream is to circumnavigate inviting up to four friends from time to time, to share their experiences with them. Once the concept design phase is complete this Summer, the project will go out to formal tender to potential yards and equipment suppliers.
